In the very first month you have to visit at least daily 6 prospects and Follow Up them as per the Target table below, to appoint the Enrollment Associate as well as Counsel students for the admission.
After completion of your conversation, at the end of every new visit; at the time of standing up; you must always ask politely; for at least two to five referrals. This way, you always have sufficient leads; to move enthusiastically forward every day.
As per the famous 80:20 rule, your monthly average student Enrollment; should be 30+ with the help of all your visited prospective Enrollment Associate (the Juniors/Colleagues, Professors, Teachers, Dealers etc.).
You have to talk emphatically with them by exploring their pain points and modeling your proposal to address their personal needs, aspirations/ambitions.

If you give two scholarships in a month, then to achieve your target of 30; you have to enroll 29 ordinary plus two Scholarship students and count them as one to achieve your target. It means you can give up to 60 scholarships in a month, to achieve your target of 30.
Communication, Self assessment, Resource Coloring, Visit Sheet and other reporting in the Sheets & or at Portal must be done Daily before 9.30 PM.
You are entitled for four delayed daily reports; with a maximum interval of 48 hours; in a month.
Missing to add the report on daily basis will be considered absent from the work and it will impact your Stipend/Pay accordingly.
Pay day is the 7th of every month, you must ensure; you added correct bank details; in the PF Sheet.
Hard Copy of Expenses Sheet with all bills, receipts, tickets, vouchers must be submitted by speed post/by some reliable courier; so that it should reach the office by 15th of coming month.
Performance based incentive & allowances reimbursement will happen on next month's 21st day.
