During probation, you can earn performance-based incentives based on your travel achievements (2.5k per aMA) up to a maximum of 150k.You are encouraged to optimize your travel routes for cost-effectiveness.

Regarding lead generation:

During your probationary period, you will develop lead generation skills according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

While an initial contact list is not provided, you have the option to purchase leads at ₹400 each. This cost will be deducted from your current month's stipend. Successfully converting a purchased lead into an active Mission Associate (aLMA) will result in a ₹2,500 incentive.

During the probation period, how can the company assess your performance if targets aren't met? Since meeting targets is crucial for the success of the role, you must discuss a plan with your Eco-Angel to ensure you have the resources and support to achieve them.  If there are any unforeseen challenges, we can work together to adjust your strategy or explore additional training opportunities.

Your four paid leave days offer flexibility to address personal needs. This could include unexpected family emergencies, scheduled appointments, or other personal matters that require your attention.

Your weekly target is licensing of more than 5 new mission associates; to remain in the job. To become a licensed mission associate they have to make one bank transaction of Rs. 99 to Rs. 99999.

If you license at least 21 mission associates (subject to limitation as per sop) per month during your probation you will get the stipend as well as subsequent CTC of 7 LPA. It will raise upto 10 LPA if you license more than 30 mission associates per month during your probation period.
