CTC Increase for Neighboring District Mentoring: Your CTC as Business Development Executive, post your probation, will increase by one lac per fellow/junior or classmate as an Eco-Detective nurtured by you in your neighboring district.
CTC Increase for Nationwide Mentoring: It will also increase per ED by ₹30,000, if they join and complete their probation anywhere in India beyond your neighboring districts under your mentorship.
Purpose: To explain the long-term career growth and significant CTC increase potential through mentoring new Eco-Detectives.
Scope: This applies to all Eco-Detectives with a focus on their future growth.
Responsibilities: Eco-Detectives are encouraged to mentor new colleagues for mutual benefit.
Procedure:
Impact of Mentoring Probation Completion: If just 8 of your mentored colleagues also completed their probation, your CTC will increase by another 8 lac [totaling 18 LPA] (all this within three months of your joining).
Further Expansion and Mentoring: If you further expand your personal brand and network by helping other graduates beyond your neighboring districts join and complete their probation under your mentorship (say 'n' number of them in your 4th & 5th month of joining), you will add n X ₹30,000 to your CTC.
Example of Significant CTC: Suppose if n = 100, then the additional CTC will be ₹30,000 * 100 = ₹30 lac, totaling ₹18 lac + ₹30 lac = ₹48 LPA with a permanent Business Development Executive job living in your native place itself.
Leadership Opportunities: You may also opt for other leadership positions at headquarters after achieving this level of growth.
