Detailed Day-to-day responsibilities

In probation period:

1. Create a list of local educators (tutors) through referrals, online research, and personal connections.

2. Visit & Find persons in all large villages (population > 3000) to represent us (as our Licensed Mission Associate) who want to earn a good living (earning > Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month). Assess their suitability as our Mission Associates.

4. Conduct  regular digital/social media awareness campaigns, map tagging, SMS campaigning & onsite promotions.

5. Test eligibility of enrolled students and send qualified ones to the IoK®

6. Make travel arrangements for students.

7. Don't go home until you've found at least one person who wants to earn over Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month by becoming our Mission Associate.

After probation period:

0. Recruit Junior/Batch mates as Eco Detective in neighboring districts.

1. Identify and acquire franchisees through networking, telephonic interactions, and one-to-one meetings.

2. Coordinate between Eco-Hub, Eco-Doot, and franchisees.

3. Maintain public relations for favorable word-of-mouth publicity.

4. Identify and appoint Eco-Doot (Eco-Ambassadors).

5. Attend social gatherings to build relationships with prospective franchisees.

6. Meet periodic revenue goals through: Licensing & Franchising of goods & services via conducting Auctions; Management of franchisee & sports people, finding, grooming & Management of Models & influencers for marketing & advertising.

Performance Parameters:

Daily:

1. Secure telephonic appointments with pre-qualified prospects.

2. License Mission Associates (MA) in a Gram Panchayat.

Monthly:

1. Achieve >30 eligible and Licensed Mission Associate (30 LMA).

2. Minimum monthly average student enrollment: 8+ per LMA.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria for LMA

1. Eligibility: Exhibit clear financial need to undertake the role

2. Qualified:

2. Demonstrates ability to enroll students regularly

1. Licensed Mission Associate(LMA)

A Licensed Mission Associate is an individual (tutor/dealer) approved by the organization to represent them to assist students with enrollment processes. 

Getting Licensed involves:

1. Creating a user account on the portal along with filling License application

2. Transfer License fee Rs. 99 to 99999/- to the company account

3. Start helping eligible students Filling their application forms

4. Providing references to Eco Detective

LMA status is granted after completing above steps 

2. active Licensed Mission Associate (aLMA)

An LMA who completes above steps, in addition of meeting specific enrollment targets of 8+ students/month; becomes active Licensed Mission Associate.

Benefits

1. Fee Autonomy: Allowed to set higher fees for course enrollment.

2. Territorial Exclusivity: Exclusive rights for the entire licensed territory and Non-Exclusive rights for the entire District.

3. Revenue Sharing: Can distribute the fee difference to other LMAs.
