Job Description:
We are looking for a few ambitious, passionate HR professionals, who completed their graduation/post graduation in the last 5 years, with specialization in Human Resource management; to join us for the organization's rapid growth via recruiting Eco Detective in every district to develop our nationwide marketing network.
An honest person who is reliable, loyal to their word, has an eye for detail, has expertise with the full BDE recruitment process, and is knowledgeable about human resource management would be the perfect fit for this position.
Responsibilities:
Primarily develop recruitment strategy and execute them for the profile of Eco Detective
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including campus hiring, X-Ray Search, candidate referral, professional networking sites, social media & online job boards/portals/sites etc.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, ambition and experience
Conduct reference check and Background Verification
Issue offer to the candidate through the system
Onboarding and induction of new hires through the system
Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Provide training to employees to enhance their skills, knowledge & performance through the system.
Keep an eye on the online indicators and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance through the system.
Essential Qualifications:
One+ year of experience as an HR Recruiter.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting talent for marketing roles, (minimum 5 candidates) with a history of successful placements exceeding 40 candidates in any profile.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Ability to work independently, must be a self starter.
Desirable Qualifications:
Proficiency in G Suite & other Hr related tools.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources or related field from regular classes; not by any sort of correspondence/online course.
Requirements of educational qualifications are just to deter non professional candidates, if you have solid experience of recruitment/ team management/ training, without formal management degree; you must apply confidently.
Salary
CTC Range : 3 to 18 LPA; depending upon the performance in the probation period of first two month of joining. There is no upper limit* for really performing executives.
The following is a filter meant to keep away "short sighted person"; who don't have confidence in their capabilities to show us their performance.
In probation period of two month: package of Rs. 25 000/month.
Stipend for a probation period: 21 thousand per month (of 26 working days). + Work expenses like mobile & data + laptop/mobile EMI/depreciation & portal subscription = 4 thousand per month (of 26 working days).
Your target: in the two-month probation period is to hire either
(A) Psychology Graduate/marketing MBA/BBA/PGDM qualified, three professional candidates. Or
(B) Ten graduate candidates in any other discipline.
Their successful on-boarding and performance as specified in their SOP must be visible within your probation period.
* Exceeding your hiring target: For each additional hire beyond the target of 3 or 10 (depending on the specific qualification of the candidates), your post-probation CTC will be calculated and evolve according to the number of your hire, performing in the team; as:
Rs. 1,00,000 for each 'A' qualified candidate.
Rs. 30,000 for each 'B' qualified candidate.

"21,000 stipend/ month” is just for the first month. If you performed so well in the probation period, like 3 (or 10)+n number of BDE started working "within your probation period" thanks to you; you will get 3 (or 10) +n LPA/12 as the second month's payout. Now it's up to you, by what you want to replace the “n”.
This window of opportunity (of 60 days) allows you to secure your highest CTC, which would be nearly impossible to achieve elsewhere, even over a decade.
