17. Job responsibility: 

• The primary objective of this role during the probationary period is to identify individuals in most GramPanchayats within the native district; who are interested in earning over Rs. 2.5 lakhs a month by becoming our Licensed Mission Associate; and make them our License holder for at least one month. 

• Following this, you will need to assess the eligibility of the students enrolled by these LMAs and forward the qualified candidates to the Institute.

1. Vacancy

• Vacancy is in the Business Development Department of EcoGhar Landscapers Private Limited; for the appointment of Eco-Detective (Eco-Evangelist aka इको प्रसारक)

• Applications are invited From; Graduate In any discipline. 

• We are looking for talented freshers as Eco Detectives (Eco-Evangelists) to join our nationwide team for Business Development of the organization's rapid growth.

• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter; with passion for Business Development with a strong desire to visit and meet >10 to 15 new persons on daily basis.

2. Pay Scale:

Regular CTC 7 to 48 lac, (depending upon the performance in the probation period+1+2 months) after successful completion of probation period of 2 months. (for detail see)

In probation period:

Stipend for a probation period of 2 months: 25 thousand per (26 days) month. Fixed component 25k, variable 50k to 75 k. (To retain the job you must earn a minimum variable Incentive 50k each month so your minimum earning must be 25+50 = 75k each month)

Performance based incentive (PbI): 

To License a MA @Rs. 2500 each

Per week Licensing of 5+ LMAs; is compulsory to remain in the probation.

1. परिवीक्षा अवधि के दौरान इस भूमिका का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य मूल (गृह) जिले के अधिकांश ग्राम पंचायतों में ऐसे व्यक्तियों की पहचान करना है, जो हमारे लाइसेंस प्राप्त मिशन एसोसिएट बनकर 2.5 लाख रुपये प्रति माह से अधिक कमाने में रुचि रखते हैं, तथा उन्हें कम से कम एक माह के लिए हमारा लाइसेंस धारक बनाना है।

2. सबसे पहला काम यह करना है की आपको अपने गृह जिले में यहाँ बताये गये प्रकार के व्यक्तियों से मिलना है।

3. उनको इस अवसर के बारे में बताना है। और बताना है, कि वे इसके द़वारा अच्छी कमाई और ताकत अर्जित करने के लिए अपने इलाके के एकाधिकार अभी हासिल कर सकते हैं।

4. जिसका लाभ यह होगा की इस व्यवसाय में अन्य कोई कम्पटीटर उनके क्षेत्र में नहीं घुस पाएगा।

5. उन्हें करना यह है कि:

   1. अपने इलाके में मौजूद बेरोजगार ग्रेजुएट से यह आवेदन पत्र (फार्म) भरवा देना है। 

   2. आवेदन पत्र के साथ उन सभी प्रत्याशियों से कॉशन मनी लेकर अपने पास रख लेना है। जिससे यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि उनके आवेदन पर विचार होने पर वे कोर्स में समय पर पहुंचकर सफलतापूर्वक उसे कंप्लीट कर अपना रोजगार पा सकें। 

6. उन्हें बताना है कि: 

   1. अपने क्षेत्राधिकर के रक्षण हेतु इस प्रमाण में लाइसेंस फीस इस खाते में तुरन्त जमा करवा देना है, अन्यथा हम स्वतंत्र हैं कि उस क्षेत्र के लिए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को अधिकारित कर दें। 

   2. अपने लाइसेंस पीरियड में वे जितने ज्यादा फॉर्म भरवा देंगे उसके आधार पर उस क्षेत्र (तहसील या जिले) में, सबसे ज्यादा स्टूडेंट्स की एनरोलमेंट करने वाले लाइसेंस धारक को, अगले माह से इस संस्थान की उस इलाके के लिये सोल इनरोलमेंट एजेंसी मिल जाएगी व जिनको कम इनरोलमेंट के कारण एजेंसी नहीं मिल पायी वे सीधा-सीधा फीस पर मानदेय (सम्मान निधी) पा सकेंगे, पंजीकृत अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर (2% से अधिकतम 32% तक)। जिसका फायदा यह होगा, की वह इनरोलमेंट ऐसोसिएट अपने इलाके में मांग के अनुरूप; इस कोर्स की फीस निर्धारित कर सकेंगे। और दोनों का डिफरेंस अपने पास रख सकेंगे। वे अपने इलाके में अन्य लाइसेंस धारकों को, उनके इलाके में अधिक फीस निर्धारण का अधिकार भी दे सकेंगे।

   3. कॉशन मनी प्रत्याशी को उसके कोर्स सफ़लतापूर्वक समापन के समय, संस्थान द्वारा नगद भुगतान की जाएगी और लाइसेंस धारक की सम्मान निधी से समायौजित की जाएगी।

7. आपको उनके द्वारा पंजीकृत स्टूडेंट्स की पात्रता परीक्षण करनी है व उन्हें संस्थान तक पहुंचवाने की जवाबदारी लेनी है। (रेलवे रिजर्वेशन इत्यादि) 

8. आपके गृह जिले की सीमा से स्पर्श करने वाले जिलों में, आप अपने जूनियर या बैचमेट को इको प्रसारक की भूमिका में रिक्रूट कर सकते हैं। आपके कुल सफल रिक्रूटों की संख्या अनुसार आपका वेतनमान 18 लाख (या अधिक) तक बढ़ैगा।
