Job Profile: in probationary period: Eco Detective; Post Probation Period: Business Development Executive

Probation Period: three months Stipend for a probation period of three months: 25 thousand per (26 days) month. Fixed component 25k, variable 23 to 69 k. (To retain the job you must earn a minimum variable Incentive 23k each month so your minimum earning must be 25+23= 48k each month)
CTC Range: Annual 6 Lac to 18 Lac; (depending upon the performance in the probation period).
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Remote, extensive field work in native district but personal vehicle for travel is not allowed; to prevent pollution in the environment. Frustration, anger and testosterone are the most dangerous drugs on the highway; neither they help for longevity nor they speed up us towards our mission.

- Job responsibility:
The primary objective of this role during the probationary period is to identify more than one individual in each village within your district (with a population exceeding 3000) who is interested in earning over Rs. 2.5 lakhs per month by becoming our Mission Associate.
By the second week of the next month, you will be responsible for authorizing at least 2 Mission Associate (MA) in any tehsils of your district. The MA who has successfully enrolled the highest number of students during this period will be selected as Authorized Enrollment Associate (AEA).
Following this, you will need to assess the eligibility of the students enrolled by these MAs and forward the qualified candidates to the Institute.
- Daily responsibility in probation period:
Don't go home until you've found at least one person who wants to earn over Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month by becoming our Mission Associate. Implement a daily 2k incentive program for yourself. If you can do this, join our team.

We are looking for talented freshers as Eco Detectives (Eco-Evangelists) to join our nationwide team for Business Development of the organization's rapid growth.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter; with passion for Business Development with a strong desire to grow along with the organization at a fast pace.
- Pay Scale:
Regular CTC 6 to 18 lac, (depending upon the performance in the probation period) after successful completion of probation period of three to six months. (for detail see)
In probation period:

Performance based incentive (PbI):
To authorize aMA @Rs. 2000 each
To get referral person @Rs. 50 each
PbI compulsory to complete the probation.
90 aMA @2k = Rs. 180k
540 referral @Rs. 50 each = Rs. 27k
180 + 27 = 207k.
PbI is compulsory to remain on probation.
Minimum 10 aMA @2k = Rs. 20k
60 referral @Rs. 50 each = Rs. 3k
20 + 3 = 23k.
3. Key required skills:
Fiercely attentive listening habit.
Ability to ask simple but intelligent open ended, probing questions and then follow up questions.
Keen eye of observation to pick minute details necessary to understand the prospect thoroughly.

4. Other Essential Requirements:
Own Android Smartphone/PC/Laptop.
Ability to extract 1% (one percent) of numbers verbally (without calculator).
Creativity and innovation, which is also called Jugadupan here.

Knowledge of most of the resources of free publicity and ability to use them effectively.
Effective presence on other social communication platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram etc. (at least three)

सबसे पहला काम यह करना है की *(फ्रेशर को) अपने गृह जिले में जितने कोचिंग हैं, कॉम्पिटेटिव एग्जाम्स की तैयारी कराने वाले हैं, महाविद्यालयों के कैंपस को-ऑर्डिनेटर हैं, ट्यूटर हैं, ग्रैजुएशन करने वाले स्टूडेंट्स को किसी भी सब्जेक्ट को पढ़ाने वाले हैं; उनसे (व स्टेशनरी/मोबाइल शॉप ऑनर से) मिलना है। *(यदि आप थोड़े भी अनुभवी हैं तो अपने कम से कम एक जूनियर को लेकर "उनके जिले में भी" मिलना है।)
